  • Porcelain teeth are an additional charge and may not be covered by your dental insurance. 
  • Appointments and adjustments are included in the prices above.
  • Relines are not included in the price of any denture or partial, they are a separate event and are charged at the time they are done. 
  • We accept Cash, Checks, CareCredit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • We accept most dental insurances as long as they pay out-of-network.
  • WE ARE NOT IN NETWORK WITH ANY INSURANCE
  • If your insurance is an HMO they WILL NOT PAY HERE
  • Of the current Medicare Supplements we are able to accept United Healthcare and Aetna.
  • We DO NOT accept Humana Dental - they exclude Denturists, work must be done by a Dentist.
  • Martin's Point and Anthem BC/BS using Liberty Dental are in-network only - we are NOT in-network.
  • WellCare is an HMO and WILL NOT PAY at our office.
  • Flex cards from WellCare HAVE CHANGED and have very little coverage, please call the number on the back of the card to check your available balance prior to coming into our office. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, regardless of what is available.
  • We offer CareCredit as in-house financing. 
  • All work MUST BE PAID IN FULL to leave the building.

IMPORTANT REPAIR INFORMATION

We know how hard it is to have to go without your teeth when something unexpected happens. We will do our best to help you out as quickly as possible.  That being said, we still have state rules that need to be followed and are limited by the laws of physics.  We do not "glue" our repairs, the acrylic is completely replaced in that area, which does take time!

PLEASE NOTE!!  WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT WALK-INS, APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY!! 


• We have kept to needing a 30 min appointments (minimum).  This allows enough time to provide excellent service to our patients as well as time to clean and sanitize the room between patients.

• Our waiting room has been renovated! There is now ample room to wait!

Please be aware we are still asking that no one stay in our waiting room for an unspecified length of time or the entire time for

their repair or reline to be completed.


While we do have more space we do not have the capacity to be a caregiver while we wait for transportation to arrive. It is required that any patient who needs transportation from a nursing home or rehabilitation center who has a POA or cannot advocate for themselves be accompanied by a caregiver or family member. While we do repair durable medical equipment and are considered "health care providers" we are not a medical facility and do not have a doctor or nurse on site.


• Our repair procedures REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT. PLEASE Call the office to see when we can schedule you to have your repair completed.

• State law requires that we see the person the denture or partial belongs to as part of the repair process in addition to the fact we need to verify fit and function. There is also mandatory paperwork as required by law.

• Prices quoted over the phone are NOT guaranteed and may change once we see the broken appliance. 

• We do not "glue". We grind away the entire area and replace it with a new section of bonded acrylic. Since we very rarely are only working on one case at a time, we set aside a minimum of 4 hours for this process (5 hours for relines).
